There's a lot more news coming out within the next few trading days. I posted a list with potential items this morning based on the Quarterly and recent PR's.
I am trying to find out more information on the "client shell" that was acquired. I figure if there's a freeze in share structure until July 1, 2014, the only other way to have sufficient money to sustain the company is client-side revenue.
Maybe there'll be a PR mentioning both items (vote freeze + client announcement????) + the initiation of the S-1 registration process. It's all within the same time-window.
