EZ-

Thanks Andy for Jack's feedback. One question for anyone
At the end of Jack's summary letter on the questions, he
mentioned that Koffman was the lead underwriter. Am I mis-
understanding something? I thought Yuanta was handling the
IPO's. Am I mistaken? HELP, anyone!

Best to all,

Mike

EZZE...et al...

That's the way I read it. And, if you are going to do any trading in stock when Streaming Asia is foreign listed...it will certainly be easier to trade with Koffman (a Hartcourt sub!!) and maybe the fees will be cheaper with them. Not having traded on a Koffman account as yet... I really don't have any cost experience to share at the moment. BUT I WILL..cause I intend to be able to trade my owned or dividended shares of Streaming Asis through Koffman as likely the best broker to deal with. There's a hidden benefit in dealing with a corporate sub of Hartcourt...it is easier to deal with a broker that has a business relationship with our corporate entity! Think on that!

In talking with Hartcourt...while they are working very hard with such a few folks...it seems that Alan continues to look for solid answers toward getting Streaming Asia up and trading.
Our underwriter, Yuanta, is being very difficult about bringing SA to market under current tech-market conditions on both sides of the Pacific....and...our US investors have not really impressed Yuanta that we are solidly behind our company. I didn't really understand previously why the underwriter was so concerned about US investors...but it is much clearer to me now ....that Yuanta is trying to guarantee that they won't lose money when they bring SA to market and needs to be able to measure the interest in SA on this side of the Pacific. I have announced for and will be a buyer of SA shares in a dollar amount from 10-12 thousand - depending on the pre-IPO price thru Yuanta or the OTC listing price if that comes to pass.

Trust Charlie, Alan, the Kwans, and others of our Hartcourt crew..that if the SA IPO continues to be delayed - that our executives are not out of options. Maybe just trying to bring Streaming Asia out as a trading OTC stock and then getting a GEM listing might could be the way out of this stalemate. And then, knowing Alan and crew...a merger/acquisition partner with a compatible HongKong tech company is never out of reason either. Just brainstorming here...but in the two years that I have known Dr. Phan, I have never found him to navigate himself into totally blind alleys.

We just closed at .51 on nearly a quarter-mil trades...no serious sells..just market makers making a few grand here and there...and we will continue to (IMHO) see sideways movement until something momentous happens.

God Bless ya'll,

Andy
