If you look back there are posts the last time margin changed. Remember you could use margin to be long or short and we have a short float of 20%+ in this stock. When this stock runs for whatever reason we will see a short covering that could carry us to $13+. Margin changes are not always bad but are very bad if most are long. A change on AAPL's margin would be catastrophic for the price.
