Well, I forgot to mention the bonus. The bonus is that we have strong commitment from management to reward the shareholders. It's rather exceptional with Chinese companies in particular.
I've seen companies go up 30x in three months.
I've seen a company go up 90x in two months time. And it had been struggling year after year after year. A friend of my father kept buying it for himself and for his family during all those years. Until it finally took off and he was proven right, although earnings never really materialized. We already have that!
So, with the proper drivers in place (we have those as well) this should be a piece of cake. And we certainly wouldn't need 19 months to get to a P/E of 10.
Problem is of course the China stigma and possibly the world economy. That will act as a counterforce. But that could also work to our advantage, in the sense that this could be the one stock that people want to own within the sector. The one stock that will make all the others look like toxic waste.
