I know all of this Dutch. It's still a 6-7 times increase for the high level in category A within 18 months and if you think this is pessimistic if one hopes for this or even expects this then I just don't know what to say other than you should know better after all these years in the market. But hey I would love to be too conservative here, in the past though I was spot on with my cautious projections if you remember.
