I thought the same. If the head of IR knows nothing about the issues with the HL and has to check and get back with you, then never does, seems to be somewhat evasive to me. The problems with the HL have been going on for a year. If they can't get the HL right, production-wise, they had better sell the company to Inmet, because as you say a majority of the low grade ore would have to be recovered through the HL.
Have you made any attempts at finding out about the HL problems? I assume you have.
