You forgot to mention when no brokers will accept your company issued stock certificates so you can't sell them anyway...or when the SEC suspends trading placing the company on the gray sheets and making it almost impossible to find a buyer...

I have called the company numerous times and have been told a lot of things and not one of them happened as stated they would be.
So what good does it do to call them when the Liar Roxanna feeds the caller a bunch of BS?
