If Roxanna wants something known she has every opportunity do so "in writing" as she has done repeatedly before. If she truly wants to be taken seriously she can opt to file signed reports with the SEC --even if she's not yet required by law to do so-- as a show of good faith. Many other companies smaller than MPIX do so. Their officers put their butts on the line -under penalty of perjury-- in order to instill a measure of confidence.
IMO the past actions of Roxanna Weber tells me she is a skilled con-artist. She can say she has resigned from various posts all she wants --but the fact is she remains as a director and the largest shareholder. As such she continues to control everything and will never, ever willingly give up that power.
