Anski, I made two attempts to find out what was happening with the HL and have yet to hear anything back from Miss Joann. Appproximately 2-2 1/2 weeks ago I called and got her on the phone specifically asking about what were the issues with the HL and if they were improving the production with it currently. She acted like she knew absolutely nothing about what was going on with the HL, which I found very suspicious, because how could I be the first person asking her about the problems, but said she would check into it and get back with me. I didn't hear back from her.
About a week ago I called her back got her voice-mail and left a message referencing our prior conversation concerning the HL and asked if she could return my call. Needless to say I'm still waiting for her call.
The HL seems to be something nobody knows about or why it's way underperfoming their expectations. Until they start showing real improvements with their numbers, it appears to me to be a failure.
