Again, I am unaware of the criticism to which you claim to refer.

I said that abandonment of opt-in is inconsistent with currrent TCG dogma. I said that shipping a compulsory on chip would require some rework of TCG statements, or that it would be a TCG independent TPM deployemnt.

There is no criticising of anything going on (by me). It is simply an observation.
