New poster here, I have been looking at this for awhile and just checked google maps and the address they list for there offices. The address corresponds to a company called Southridge Capital Management Group, a financial group that actually resides at the address given on the SRGE website. Not sure who is right or wrong on this one, both sides are giving valid reasons why or why not this will fly. I guess it still comes down to making your own decision. There does seem to be some missing links to this story, some of the links to the MMR are dead so can't follow through with those. Guess we will wait and see what happens tomorrow and in the future. Not sure if I am ready to invest in this one yet, I have been burned too many times.
