Those pics are in-deed real, they were just taken back when the mill was being built. You can see the same guy in this PDF of when the mill was being built, a PDF from SRGE. You can see the guy and hit blue hat in slide 17 and then his shirt in the last slide. Obviously the mill hasn't ran in a while.
