I don't know man. We can sit here and speculate all day about it, that I do know.. All SRGE has to do is have somebody that is in that area run up and make a quick video of the area and show a news paper date to prove the date and be done with it. Since they are working the mine, then that should be easy, right? Hell, pay some dude to do it on his lunch break.
Maybe the new BOD guys who are locals can do that, since they are now invested?
