There is a very savvy organization behind the legalization movement, I expect they will be taking cases to court over this. We don't need good people losing fortunes and cops getting killed over a flower.

now that last part is false -

what the feds are doing is trying to control QUANTITY of LOCATIONS not wipe out dispensaries completely.

Even if CannaCig was sold at one dispensary, it could be purchased like wildfire through ordering -

so no lights out for RFMK whatsoever - medial maryj is not the issue of the feds - Cali has issues with the location quanitiies and in certian neighborhoods, etc
