APS was running higher priced stocks, iirc. I read somewhere they returned to their older ways and started doing low priced pennies again. I've never followed them, but from what I was reading, they don't do sub pennies, from what the others were saying. Maybe it was a pre promo to try and move the price into range.
All I know is, once SRGE breaks a penny, it will take on a whole new life
