Ilegal issuance of title is not good title. The documents presented by Southridge Minerals to show the sale of all the shares in Minera San Jorge S.A. de C.V. "MSJ" include a general assembly of shareholders for Minera San Jorge S.A. de C.V. held last year or or about June 29, 2011 in the city of Guadalajara, Jalisco. This AGM or shareholders´meeting is purportedly attested to by a Notary Public and forms part of the chain of registries of the new POA, Legal Rep and shareholders of MSJ. Neither George Barnett nor any of the persons the Notary Public records as attending we there. The signature noted as illegible for George S. Barnett is fraud. The transfer of titles or issuance of new titles to Alejandro de Leon Garcia as part of a labor claim or judicial sale of the mining concessions is simply another example of Lic. Tatiana Sigler Baca of the Federal Public Registry of Mines first purportedly registering titles in January, 2012, then declaring this action as null and void (See the SGRE site on Invetorshub.advn.com, and now AGAIN purportedly issuing titles on or about Sept. 10, 2012 to Alejandro de Leon a newly announced director of Southridge Minerals as part of a continuing criminal fraud. These actions subject Southridge to the Federal Corrupt Actions Act (FCPA) and the perpetrators (including those posting these apocryphal documents defending SGRE on Investor Hub) and Alfonso Sanchez Navarro´s and Alejandro de Leon´s - directors of SGRE - and co-conspirators´ continuing efforts of making and presenting fraudulent representations in order to defraud the public or in furtherance of money laundering activities and other related criminal acts to criminal prosecution and civil lawsuits for damages.
