Doesn't matter what has occurred in other companies in the past...you can't with 100% certainty say that the SEC won't come out tomorrow and recant the whole thing. Is it likely? Of course not, and I would surely bet against that, but you cannot say its impossible. Unlikely things can happen...dismissing that is ignorant of history...
