Is "fake" stock advertising a securites offense?

Is pretending to be a penny stock operation a civil or criminal matter?

Would it be wise for one scamdog to sue another?

Or is the alleged success of one operator just encouraging more clones to get the message out there?

I can't see an infringement case coming from this, can you?

Janice, I did a whois check of the http://awesome-stock.net and it was created on 09-17-2012 and the site has been under construction shortly after it was exposed as being fake.

I also did Google site operator search and it was a one page site.

What I posted is supposedly a email sent out this morning to the paid subscribers to the APS newsletter.

I like the Azteca Centro SA. I was actually planning on registering "The Tengeria Foundation" but that would have to be a non-profit where I live (or a foundation repair company). It would've been fun to unveil the Tengeria (or is it Tenegria?) Foundation as something I controlled. Most likely the real Tengeria Foundation doesn't even exist, just like Degroupa Tener Morales Media and Centro Azteca and the new one in Spain or Brazil.
