Basically this company is saying we don't care about you, me, any of their shareholders. They are refusing to PR any business related news whatsoever and are doing the exact opposite of increasing shareholder value. Are they waiting until their insider shares come unlocked or do they simply not have any news to report? It has been implied on here by a close company insider that they will not release news until the shares come unlocked. I invite everyone to sue the living daylights out of them if that turns out to be the case. Withholding pertinent company info from their shareholders, just to appease their own self interests, is so far against SEC regulations that they might as well operate in Nigeria if that is the case.
Furthermore, the amount of OUT RIGHT LIES told by this company leading up to the 8k goes beyond immoral, it's criminal. They said point blank a steady supply of news events right after the 8k. Starting with Brand E financials, symbol change, and name change among others. Many people bought in or stayed in after the release of the 8k precisely because of that. It's like buying a car that the dealer said had power brakes and steering, and come to find out it had neither. It's outright fraud.
At this point we need to ban together as one, and either force a management change, or sue them through the court system.
I am willing to be a part of that and have a number of interesting pieces of evidence that can be used. I know one poster last week offered to head such an effort, and its time we take him up on it.
