Aroon is a trend indicator not the type of TA indicator that calls for Buy/Sell. But yes, the down line cross toward 70 line is not positive. But also not negative until it happens.

Aroon 3 days is very short term, I use to gauge my trades on. To see mid term or long term trends, you should use 14 or 22 days.

red line looks like it will go up

What makes it look like it will go up and the green line wouldn't? or that the red wouldn't head back down?

But I guess everyone would have to agree with your overall analysis.

To me that looks like continuation of downtrend unless of course it reverses
