Aroon is a trend indicator not the type of TA indicator that calls for Buy/Sell. But yes, the down line cross toward 70 line is not positive. But also not negative until it happens.

Aroon 3 days is very short term, I use to gauge my trades on. To see mid term or long term trends, you should use 14 or 22 days.
