I made it clear that I didn't think that was the case wit Robert not paying the dues. I was simply offering up a logical reason why one would not proceed with the patent as it becomes public at that point.
As for leading speculation, the company is way ahead of the pack in that regard. Just don't need anyone else feeding more speculation into the mix.
