Good post...but given that Val has f'ed this up for years with no biz sense other than printing shares, at what point do you call him a scumbag? I mean this has gone way,way past the fool me once, fool me twice stage.....

Many have looked to you ,as an attorney, as someone that actually vetted and had some inside knowledge to buy and hold such a large position.. At what point do you think you have a fiduciary responsibility to tell it like any lawyer looking at evidence would tell it?

It is nice to see other solid buyers for OTOW, and in tune to the plan OTOW has in front of them.

I also see in your post there is a line for all in your post... No one left out...

I like line 3 and 4.

3) If we do close on the currently operating cable company, it does not take a rocket scientist to calculate how much that would better our odds of securing the DR bond financing (not dead on that yet IMO).

4) If, on the other hand, Val does not close on one or more of the pending deals, etc. or, despite all indications to the contrary based on my research, Val is a lying sc*m-bag, then we are toast and we will loose all of our money.
