Don't know about pearls, but here are some opinions:
1) OTOW is not a SCAM, nor is Val Kazia a lying sc*m-bag. It is a start up with grand (but achievable) plans that has stumbled and tripped over its own feet (and words) at times over the last 18 months or so. Lessons have been learned (we hope), steps have been taken to avoid repeats of mistakes, and creative thinking has been used and put in motion to find creative ways to generate (meager, as of now) revenues.
2)8 Billion Authorized is not so scary, DEPENDING on what the shares are used for- they are the only real "currancy" that OTOW has right now, and I am sure that a big chunk will go towards aquiring a CONTROLLIBNG INTEREST in the OPERATING Central American Cable Company and perhaps other strategic aquisitions??
3) If we do close on the currently operating cable company, it does not take a rocket scientist to calculate how much that would better our odds of securing the DR bond financing (not dead on that yet IMO).
4) If, on the other hand, Val does not close on one or more of the pending deals, etc. or, despite all indications to the contrary based on my research, Val is a lying sc*m-bag, then we are toast and we will loose all of our money.
5) To address some PMs received, other than some from out of the country telling me to go F-myself (I have tried-can't be done): a) I have not sold a share, current holdings (between IRA and Trading Account, approximately 135MM), and yes, I am in the red right around 200K these days, but pleased on't shed any tears on my behalf, LOL); b) I don't see us moving beyond this trading range until a significant/material/verifiable positive event occurs fo OTOW, so you may have plenty of time or very little time if you are thinking of adding more.
6)OTOW is HUGE RISK/HUGE REWARD. IT"S A GAMBLE. ONE MUST BE WILLING TO LOOSE EVEY PENNY INVESTED/WAGERED
That's all I got for now
