Questions have arisen concerning the adequacy and accuracy of
press releases concerning the company’s operations.

Does going over 300 shareholders really fall into the above?? Doesn't seem to me it does, but who knows?

Someone should verify that with JR, ASAP, 'cause if in fact, that's the case, the SEC has definately mis-used their powers by suspending KMAG's trading.

This kinda ineptness is news worthy, WSJ style.
