Yep lowman and all...according to what that legal rambling clearly states it looks as though Jeff Reid may have simply NOT known and/or realized that if/when KMAG attained +300 shareholders of record again then KMAG's filing obligations with the SEC automatically resumed.

And if that is the only reason for the SEC suspension it's absolutely PATHETIC that the SEC couldn't/wouldn't pick up the friggin' phone ahead of time and say "hey jeff do you realize your 15-12G filing from 4 years ago was just a temporary suspension of your filing obligations and now that you've attained 300 SOR you do have to resume your SEC reporting obligations"

I mean wtf kind of a suspension decision is that if that's all it is...friggin' brutal doesn't even begin to describe it if that's the reason behind the suspension!!!
