And technically speaking, if they met with UL and have gotten recommendations, have applied those recommendations and are preparing to submit it for actual testing at a later date that could easily be called "being in the process of" getting the certifications. Since the first step is making the product comply. According to them they were actually working with UL to make up a new standard since this is such a new revolutionary product. If you believe that.. But anyway it's just a technicality, bottom line is yes there has been some work done with UL and no, most likely they are not actually testing the product yet.
