In reference to the other half of your post, you may be missing the bigger picture. Didn't only one of yesterday's 16 feel the suspension important enough to jump into immediate action?
What does that say about the other 15?
Maybe the SEC is onto something? And KMAG merely fell into a pattern they look for?
I don't believe complaining to SEC/Congressmen about these suspensions will be time well spent. Methinks you'd do better to complain about the MMs who abuse the system daily, because they can, under the guise of 'maintaining an orderly market'.
