Anyone with half a brain can see BGL is a scam and all of its own PRs have confirmed SRGE's claims on CM. BGL's auditors did not express their professional opinions on the accuracy or the legitimacy of anything BGL reported. The only thing they have expressed is a going-concern statement because it is imminent and clear as crystal that BGL is done. Bottom line.
Oh btw, there was an alleged 9% owner of CM according to the Option Agreement. This said owner is not complaining or making frivolous claims in the Mexican court. I wonder why.
Further, where does it say on BGL's last (12 page, lol) annual report that they met payment obligations to MSJ for CM or GC? LOL? No reporting of payment anywhere. Too funny.
