Bingo! Richard is setting up the business exactly as he had it before the chapter 7. Harbrew Imports was in NY And in FL. It was a federally licensed importer and wholesaler. Now, United Spirits has two, possibly a third branch. The licensed wholesaler and importer will be DAN KAY INTERNATIONAL. He had trademarks before, he has new ones again. He had celebrities before, im sure he'LL have them again. The foundation is being laid to erect the same business model again, with new names. He will take this company back to where it was before the recession.
