But i still do not understand, why Andrew, who has current employments as a director of several other companies, still wants to be just an IR-guy... This makes no sense to me.

The problem I have about applying TA to WDRP is the extremely small amount of money involved, the volume, over past months that has moved the price. If one assumes a few traders wanted to move the price, by using only 10k +/- or so and by "loosing" only some few handfuls of commission charges they could have done so, maybe at a cash small cost maybe not, but with the paper gain.
On the flip side, there are those for whom the TA provides a main part of their guidance, so . . .
