Then if that's the case, you are talking about the IHUB owners, not Zeev. Certainly I did not read the whole login agreement when I signed up, and it would be up to them to put certain restrictions to that agreement, which then they can enforce. However, I don't think most private boards have specific anti-<add your race here> restrictions in postings. At least that has been my experience with message board for a very long time.
