I guess I'm still not making myself clear.
Forget iHib and it's policies. Focus on our Constitution and article 1, Freedom of Speech. It only applies to the individual who can speak in public places. If Zigi wanted to say that vile stuff at his place of work they have the right (it's their right not zigi's right) to fire him. If zigi wants to posts that stuff on any private message board (that includes RB, iHUB, you name it) - the message board can delete that message because it's their right to do so. If Zigi wanted to say that in a Movie Theater the owners "have the right to remove him from that theater."
What will not happen is that no civil authority will prosecute zigi because he has the right to say what the says. Just like other people have the right to distance themselves from hearing that filth.
Ignore could be used by some people regarding zigi. Banishment, while not my choice is the right of Zeev for this particular board or iHub management for all of iHub because it's their right to do so.
Don't confuse someone's right to say something and not get prosecuted with someone else's right to not hear that stuff. Understand!
