#275670 RE: Poptech #275667

pop - I'm not sure I understand what your post is trying to say....

If neom manpower is what you expect from neom, that's fine. I would say that's a given in a JV from both partners. I think neom would provide what is required of them. If they receive a cash infusion, why couldn't they?

Bottom line regarding a jv for me is....

1. Neom has something other companies want or feel compelled to have.
2. A joint venture is another option that a company may offer to neom to achieve their company needs.
3. Regarding your desire for neom to "stick to licensing and campaign management", I feel they can do that _and_ a joint venture at the same time.
4. Cash infusion NOW is most important. A JV can provide that....one more way to eliminate debt.

My post yesterday about the Dr Soon/Toumaz jv is what got me going on this jv thread. Toumaz has a chip product Dr Soon is interested in. Neom has something Dr Soon is interested in. The Toumaz jv is an 80% Dr Soon, 20% Toumaz arrangement. That new jv entity, Toumaz US LLC, has its HQ address at 11755 Wilshire Blvd California...the same address as Dr Soons Nantworks, and many of his other entities.

To me that implies Dr Soon doing the "heavy lifting" for this jv.

6 months before the Toumaz jv, Dr Soon bought shares as a "strategic investment". It's been almost 6 months since Dr Soon bought neom shares, filed as for "investment purposes".

Toumaz received CASH in that jv arrangement...I can envision neom also receiving CASH.

Dr Soons healthcare product will happen...soon :>)
It remains to be seen what it will look like, but looking at his past "investments" and outright purchases, he is building a hardware, software, and networking healthcare solution for the mobile world. He has aligned himself with Vodafone, Verizon and At&T and others.

So....IMO...whatever neom is to Dr Soon.... a JV is a viable, doable, healthy possibilty for neom

Neom doesn't have to pursue a JV, they just have to be receptive to one if approached.
