Yes, the Facebook page has a potential to turn into a circus but it hasn't yet. All I've seen so far are legitimate requests for information that the company themselves boldly promised. If there is a specific reason for not providing the numbers and a video demo as promised, via Facebook or otherwise, then simply communicate what that is. No one is asking that the results get posted on Facebook, rather Facebook is being used as a vehicle for asking the status, to which the company has responded very negatively, I might add. Like I said, I have been a long time supporter of this stock and will continue to be, but things do need to change, including their communication skills and their professionalism (or lack thereof).
