Pop, you state,

Considering Neustar has relicensing rights, there could never be exclusive rights to NeoMedia's patents ever again.

This is not true. NeoMedia did not license all of its patents (over 70) in the agreement with Neustar. It focused on their 2D barcode license.

Additionally, the Microsoft license restricts NeoMedia's ability to transfer, sell, or re-assign those patent rights. They can never sell the patents.

Once again this is not true. So in other words your are claiming that YA's collateral of NeoMedia's patents are now worthless to them and NeoMedia will not be able to sell their patents to try and pay off their YA debt if they have to default and if they do default NeoMedia's patents will be worthless to YA, unless they go into the QR code business and try to sell some licensing. And lets not forget your claim that this deal with Microsoft was done by Microsoft who you claim have no use for the licenses in the first place.
