rufio: In my experience, a joint venture is an expensive way to develop product that I don't think NeoMedia can afford. They certainly don't have the staff to do it now so it would require hiring. They need to stick to licensing and campaign management if they are going to hit the maturity date of the loans. This is not the time for product innovation. Focus.
