It is my contention that Visser's main interest in becoming involved with Liquidmetal was due to the potential defense contracts. (Waiting for Steipp to develop customers is some kind of facade, if not fraud.) Obviously, Materion would be involved in the development as well, IMHO.

Looking at the totality of the arming device, it appears that the arming mechanism may be housed within what appears to be a plastic plate.

Perhaps VPC ordered the Husky machines to allow fabrication of the housing in which the arming device of lqmt is situated, so as to sell the whole arming "sliver" itself.

As shareholders, we need to be concerned that the 17 member LQMT do nothing headquarters becomes recognized for what it is and soon is lopped away and VPC becomes the new company.
