So, that could mean that the OS is roughly the listed 843,084,868 shares or will be such after retiring 150,000,000 shares as what was filed. When you subtract the 150,000,000 shares that the company spoke of retiring and subtracting it from the 999,556,868 shares,you get 849,556,868 shares. This is actually pretty close.

Even if the OS is finalized to be 999,556,868 shares, the value of SRGE is still nearly the same amount of huge. Regardless, the valuation will still be very huge. Thanks for the DD.
