I never said they admitted that they don't own Pascua Lama. Pascua Lama is a large area spanning the Argentinian border which includes lands where they do own the mining rights. Pascua Lama is not a defined territory, it is a project name. So if it turns out that they can't mine mina pascua then they can just refer to the Argentinean side as Pascua Lama and still be legal.
There have been many references already on this board to ABX admitting they did not own titles to the areas we are concerned with in Chile. I will see if I can dig them up later, too late now.
