Quer, why is it whenever you see an opportunity to trounce on Jorge or MSX you jump. The fact that a judge ruled to move this to a three judge tribunal has NOTHING to do with Jorge. But to you it is all Jorge fault and he has lied again. How about this one Quer, please let me know WHY your beloved ABX has not launched a law suit against MSX or Jorge, just threatening letters. They will sue anyone at the drop of a pin but yet they are silent. MAYBE, Barrick knows it is a no win situation and they dont want to bring this to media attention. Because if the media dug into this and exposed them they would have more lawsuits than MSX or Jorge to worry about
