Yeah, that doesn't sound like a " corrupt promo " at all. In fact it sounds altruistic:

No disrespect intended but TBX and VKMD have been badly harmed. This is dead money for a long time even if news does come out.

Don't lose site of the fact that VKMD went out and "paid" TBX to promote them. Whatever "goodwill" both companies might have had, hard to say that with an OTC, are now gone and will take a long time to come back.

Again, this is dead money.
