That is exactly the thing, no-one wants to play the stock until he is finished. With the little Kay is getting per share, he should have given the PPS a breather higher, so he would not have had to use so many shares. I sent him email concerning this, but I guess he could not understand anything except he needed the money. He has lost investors plus New Investors.Now he is going to have to really Sell a lot of the Product and make some money or Increase the Authorized Shares & Outstanding Shares or do the only thing left. Now he is between a Rock & Hard Place! If he has to do the later it will burn Longs real bad, because they have bought into everything told to them.
