I'd be interested in hearing why you think this is an aberration. AMD deserves their valuation for inconsistancy, a large debt, and very little growth since the onset of the company. Intel deserves their valuation based on consistant earnings, large YoY growth, dividends, and a well managed company. I suppose I should call AMD much better managed these days, but they still have a lot to prove. If a loss of competition, however, leads back to losses, then why should they deserve to be even within 6% of valuation?
