The hidden statement in this PR is the following:

At the time of this DMC review, there have been 53 adjudicated CV events, with a lower than anticipated event rate of approximately 0.72 percent.

That implies a statistically significant CV efficacy but in contrast the language of the BC was "as expected" indicating no significant difference vs placebo imo.
