Amen....crowdfunding. I have to believe that every crook in the US is working hard on strategy development on that POS piece of legislation by the fools in DC. SEC didn't want any part of it and the majority of congress and the Pres loved it for some reason that may or not be transparent. I am sure the level of corruption in the OTC market will go ballistic in the political name of jobs.
