That is a good start, especially

- provide audited financials, if you can't, you don't deserve to be public

After all the whole idea of being public is that your ownership is public and therefore your financial records should be public. And what good are financial records if not audited.

Still the greed will find it's way elsewhere.

cyber-- your ideas are great but they make too much sense to ever be put in place.

Remember there are people at the top that benefit off all these loop holes. People we rarely hear about. If there wasn't all these no brainer ideas would have been in place a long time ago.
