Lopehandia is currently disputing ownership of the property with Barrick Gold Corporation as the latter claims to own the Pascua Lama deposit and thus, the Mina Pascua deposit. The outcome of the dispute and accordingly the ability of the Optionor (JL) to convey the property rights to the Company are not determinable at this time.
OK.....now tell me JL already has title....give me a break dude! You sound like Bill Clinton's attorneys in the Monica Lewinski case.
