This is the same langugage as in the previous reports.

I am not ruffled one bit by it.


Looking forward to outcome of the events coming, they will help to shape the language of the future reports for certain.


I have no doubt that the future reports will read very differently. (read: positive, IMO)

I am only allowed 3 posts a day so here is my last one.....

To all the people that have claimed to seen the ACTUAL TITLE and to all the people that have claimed to talk to the company and were told that JL has title.....how in the heck do you explain this......

The Company had been funding Mr. Jorge Lopehandia who purports to hold title to some mining claims in Chile, with the expectation that the Company may eventually enter into an agreement to acquire an interest in the property.

Lopehandia is currently disputing ownership of the property with Barrick Gold Corporation as the latter claims to own the Pascua Lama deposit and thus, the Mina Pascua deposit. The outcome of the dispute and accordingly the ability of the Optionor (JL) to convey the property rights to the Company are not determinable at this time.

Someone is not telling the truth here....it is obvious from this that JL does not have title....how can anyone even argue this?????

If JL had title it would have to be posted as such....by law.

So here is a direct question to JL....Do you presently hold clean title to the mining claims listed in the SEDAR? Please just a yes or no. If yes please explain why MSX is putting out false information on Sedar
