Everyone had a motto: "HRCT will show me the way to early retirement at 40. (I hope...LOL)"

For many who actually did it, early retirement turned to hell. Especially those who retired around '99 to play the market full time and collect interest on their 7% bonds forever.

Wonder what happened to all those "consultants" years ago? I know a guy like that (age 60) whose fancy wife just left him.
